Instructions To
Update Security Settings In Microsoft Outlook
If you are having trouble
viewing or hearing the content in one of our HTML emails, and you are
using Microsoft Outlook, please follow the instructions below.
The process should take less than one minute:
Step One:
In Outlook, select "Tools" from the file menu and then click
"Options" - this will open a new dialogue box.

Step Two:
In the new dialogue box, click the "Security" tab - about
half way down, you will likely see a red circle with a white line
through it marked as "Restricted sites".

Step Three:
Click the down arrow and change "Restricted sites" to
"Internet" - hit Apply and then OK to save your settings and
close the dialogue box.

Step Four: Now
that you have updated your settings, close the email you were trying
to view and reopen it. You should now be able to view and hear
all of the content, including any streaming audio or video that may be
present.
*NOTE: If you are still unable
to hear the music or watch the video in the email, please make sure
you have RealPlayer installed correctly (available from http://www.real.com).
